Processing of Personal Data

1. Consent

In accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data of BiH, the user voluntarily gives explicit consent to NexorTech d.o.o. to process his/her personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, for the following purposes:

1. Creating and maintaining a user account
2. Providing access to the Application and its functionalities
3. Technical support and system security
4. Statistical analysis and improvement of the user experience

The user confirms that he/she has been informed:

1. that giving consent is voluntary,
2. that he/she has the right to withdraw consent at any time without negative consequences for the use of the Application (except where withdrawal of consent is incompatible with the provision of the basic service),
3. that he/she has the right to access, correct, and delete his/her data in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data of BiH.
