TERMS OF USE
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the conditions for using the Medreports application for generating medical reports through transcription and artificial intelligence (“Application”), provided by NexorTech d.o.o., headquartered in Sarajevo, Džemala Bijedića 162/2, registered in accordance with the laws of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Service Provider”).
By using this Application, you confirm that you are familiar with these Terms, that you have read, understood, and accepted all of their provisions. If you do not agree with any part, please refrain from using this Application.
2. PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION
The Application is intended exclusively for licensed healthcare professionals in Bosnia and Herzegovina, for the purpose of more efficient creation of medical reports. The Application enables dictation of reports, their automatic transcription and processing through large language models (LLM), and the generation of a structured report which the user must review and approve before use.
3. USER ACCOUNT
The user is required to provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. The user bears full responsibility for all activities carried out through their account. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove a user account in case of violations of these Terms.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITY
The user is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of medical reports that they enter, dictate, or approve.
The user is obliged to review and validate the automatically generated report before using it or providing it to the patient.
The user undertakes to use the Application in compliance with the Law on Health Care of FBiH, the Law on Protection of Personal Data of BiH, and all applicable regulations.
5. LIMITATION OF SERVICE PROVIDER’S LIABILITY
The Service Provider does not guarantee complete accuracy of transcriptions and automatically generated content. All reports are recommendations and must be reviewed and confirmed by the user.
The Service Provider is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrectly approved reports, transcription errors, or any medical or legal consequences arising from the use of the Application.
The Application does not replace medical opinion, diagnosis, or treatment.
6. DATA PROTECTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY
The Application operates in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data of BiH.
All data entered, processed, and stored in the Application are considered confidential and are used solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Data is not shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the user, unless expressly required by law.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All elements of the Application (code, design, databases, models, and other content) are the property of the Service Provider and are protected by copyright laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify the Application without explicit written consent.
8. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via e-mail or within the Application. Continued use of the Application after amendments constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
9. TERMINATION AND RESTRICTION OF USE
The Service Provider may, at any time, restrict access to the Application for any user who:
- abuses the Application,
- uses it contrary to applicable laws or these Terms,
- jeopardizes the security or integrity of the system.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. For all disputes arising from the use of the Application, the competent court in Sarajevo shall have jurisdiction.
